Fueling a Passion for God

Instrumental Ministries

Safe Harbor Jam Band
An educational opportunity for people who play guitar, bass, drums, or keys who are interested in playing for Sunday worship, but aren't sure if they have the proper training or confidence to be comfortable on the stage.

Open to anyone with:
  • Some experience on their instrument
  • At least in grade 9
  • Regular attendance at any of Fair Haven's campuses
  • A willingness to come with an open mind and learn some new skills
Each session will include instrument specific instruction on things like chord voicings, rhythms, and basic chart reading while using songs that are currently being used in worship at various Fair Haven campuses. The Jam Band will be a fun and laid back time to put some new licks in your bag of tricks, hang-out with other like-minded musicians, and generally have a great time praising God through music!

The Jam Band will be meeting on Wednesday evenings, 5:00-6:15pm, in The Rock (door L at Fair Haven Ministries' main campus) during the school year.
