KidLead

KidLead is a leadership development program designed specifically for leaders when they are most moldable. Most leaders don't begin formal leadership training or gain experience until after college, between the ages of 25-35. KidLead is designed for youth between the ages of 10-13 to provide them with executive level leadership training that they can use throughout their life.

KidLead consists of four different modules, offered one per semester. Over the four modules, leaders will learn the sixteen most desirable qualities of a leader. These qualities are taught using media, experiential activities, and real-to-life projects. You can take the modules in any order.

KidLead will be offered at Fair Haven on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00pm. We are looking for youth to apply who demonstrate a basic ability to lead and influence others.
